LaLibre Tecnologías Comunitarias offers shared hosting, dedicated virtual hosting (VPS/VDS), email, autonomous cloud, VPN, video conferencing, audio and video streaming, web and app development, and computing and database services, among others. Contracts renew automatically once payment is made. The company may update rates at any time, and changes will only apply after notifying the contract renewal.
Services are activated within 1 to 96 hours after payment. Clients receive a full refund if activation takes longer than 96 hours. The provider supplies technical documentation and support. LaLibre Tecnologías Comunitarias must notify the client of any change to the terms, allowing immediate termination of the contract if the client does not agree.
LaLibre excludes liability for indirect or commercial damages, hardware failures, and force majeure events (natural disasters, war, strikes). The total damages the provider may be liable for are capped at the amount actually paid by the client.
Clients must keep their contact information up to date and manage their passwords. They are responsible for keeping up-to-date backup copies of their information in locations independent of the contracted service; LaLibre does not perform automatic backups. Clients are also responsible for the content they publish.
Contracts expire at the end of their term and renew upon corresponding payment. LaLibre sends at least two reminders before expiration and one notice afterward. If the client does not respond within 7 days of expiration, the contract is considered terminated.
Personal data provided to contract services receives appropriate protection through the security measures necessary to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access by third parties. The provider has no policy of sharing personal data with third parties.
