Open call for defenders, collectives, communicators, and community technologists. Selection of approximately 20 participants.

Online trainingStage 2

Online training

Six participatory sessions with hands-on exercises, plus initial and final learning assessments.

Replication plan supportStage 3

Replication plan support

Support group to develop local implementation ideas. Selection of 5-6 participants for direct accompaniment.

In-person closing in EcuadorStage 4

In-person closing in Ecuador

In-person gathering to strengthen replication plans, distribute stipends, and document what was learned.
